REGISTRATION
The conference will run from Thursday evening, October 22 through Saturday noon, October 24. The pre-conference workshop will be held Thursday, October 22. Conference banquet will be held Friday evening, October 23 at the Living Seas Pavilion, Epcot®. Optional excursions will be available Saturday afternoon, October 24.

- Conference Only--$360
(includes Thursday evening reception, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, Friday reception and banquet) Second attendee from same institution receives $50 discount; third and subsequent attendees receive $100 discount.
- Pre-Conference Workshop Only--$160
(includes Thursday lunch) Second and subsequent attendees from same institution receive $50 discount.

CONFERENCE HOTEL
The conference hotel is Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, and the conference room rate is $159 (plus tax). Deadline for securing the conference rate has been extended to September 29, 2009.
Note that the conference room rate will be available for the three days before and after the conference. In addition, Disney provides complimentary airport shuttle service. |
