HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The conference will run from Thursday evening, October 22 through Saturday noon, October 24. The pre-conference workshop will be held Thursday, October 22. Conference banquet will be held Friday evening, October 23 at the Living Seas Pavilion, Epcot®. Optional excursions will be available Saturday afternoon, October 24.
CONFERENCE HOTEL
The conference hotel is Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Tthe conference room rate is $159 (plus tax), which is available to AGLSP attendees for the three days before and after the conference. Please note also that Disney provides complimentary airport shuttle service.* Deadline for securing the conference rate has been extended to September 29, 2009. |
