US citizens will need passports.

The conference will run from Friday, October 17 through Saturday evening, October 18. The conference banquet will be held Saturday evening. The pre-conference workshop will take place on Thursday, October 16.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS AND FEES All fees include registration, conference materials, meals as noted, and refreshment breaks. Fees are in $US. Full Conference--$440 (conference and pre-conference workshop; includes Thursday lunch and evening reception, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, Saturday reception and banquet) Second attendee from same institution receives $80 discount; third and subsequent attendees receive $130 discount. Conference Only--$360 (includes Thursday evening reception, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, Saturday reception and banquet) Second attendee from same institution receives $50 discount; third and subsequent attendees receive $100 discount. Pre-Conference Workshop Only--$160 (includes Thursday lunch) Second and subsequent attendees from same institution receive $50 discount. Conference hotel is the Coast Plaza Hotel and Suites located in the West End and within walking distance of English Bay and Stanley Park as well as shops and restaurants.

NOTE: While the deadline for securing the conference room rate is September 12, 2008, we strongly encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible to secure the room type/rate you prefer. Hotel prices are in $Canadian.
